The 30 Minutes Detox

You body will be stressed out, with trying to fight off the toxins it get exposed to, every day. However, there is a simple and effective way of reducing the load of your body with a detoxification bath.

By sliding into a water that has been prepared with healing ingredients, will often, help you body in flushing out toxins, revive your energy levels and aid your circulation, as well as your welfare!

The best thing with a detox bath, is that it can be done without any special or expensive things, and is easily to set up in your own bathroom. When hot water gets in contact with your skin, it will start to draw toxins out of your body, to the surface of your skin.

Then, as the water gets cooler, it will pull the toxins away, from your skin. That’s the reason that people has used the hot springs, the ocean and herbal baths, for centuries.

Here is how I prepare my own detox bath, to help my body detoxify.

  • I use about a half cup of Baking soda and a full cup of Epsom salt, together with a half cup of powdered ginger.
  • I pour that into my bathtub, filled with hot water and lets it soak for about 20 minutes.
  • Then I jump in and start to scrub gently my skin, with a cotton washcloth, for about 5 minutes.

Try to use natural fiber, like cotton or a loofah sponge, to scrub your body. You should not stay in the bathtub for more than 30 minutes. Also, you will see that your water becomes, muddy, due to the toxins, that has been drained from your body.

Afterwards, I use to put on a large bathrobe and wrap a warm blanket around me and place myself in the sofa, to sweat for around an hour or so. Then I use to go to sleep and when I wake up, I feel unbelievable marvelous. You can take your detox bath often, I personally take one, every month, since it doesn’t just detox my body, it also relieves me from stress and pain, as well.
