More and more celebrities tries to monetizing their fame, or sometimes lack of fame, by designing clothes, underwear’s and fragrances. We have Victoria Beckham and Sheryl Crow with their jeans line and Hayden Panettiere with her clutch bag, not to forget Katie Price’s new underwear’s line.
Yesterday Melinda Jayne Messgenger, one of England’s most successful glamour girl, launched her own perfume, Delightful, at Vanillia in London. Some trivia about Melinda. She started her career as a flight attendant for Britannia Airways, where she finally become a customer service manager, bossing over 50 people.
When she decided to become a model her agent at her modeling agency come up with the brilliant idea, that she should increase the size of her breasts. Said and done, Melinda enlarged them to a 34DD cup. Then she took her first photo assignment, dressed in just her knickers and bra, for the company Glevum Windows with the slogan, Class Behind Glass. With the result, that the posters of Melinda posing half naked, started to disappear from public places, like bus stops and such. Well, after a while the campaign got banned by the Advertising Standards Authority, which didn’t think that there where anything classy about the campaign at all. Oh, wonder why, to me it sounds like good old quality stuff…
Regarding her perfume, Delightful, Melinda says, that this perfume is the perfect to start your day. She also claims that she put it on the first thing that she does in the morning and that it really gives her a lift and makes her feel fresh and delicious, all day long. However, she also states that it’s perfect for your evening activities, too. At last she say, “It’s a beautiful signature fragrance that I would not want to be without.”
