Industry insiders report that, the singer Leona Lewis, have won the battle of making the theme song for the next James Bond movie, Quantum Of Solace, over Amy Winehouse.
As reported before, Amy was dropped from making the theme song, because she was not ready, to work with her music and now it seems that Leona Lewis, is going to record it, instead.
According the British newspaper The Sun, a source has said, “It looks like Leona has finally won the race. She is seen as one of the few candidates who has the right profile both sides of the pond to do it. Amy was their original choice but she just can’t get her act together and hasn’t got the right image.”
Leona Lewis, was the winner of the UK TV talent show, The X Factor’s third season. Her debut album, Spirit, reached the number one placements in 9 countries, making her the undisputed champion, of all talent show contestant.
Leona Lewis, also has a world record. Her debut single, A Moment Like This, was downloaded over 50,000 times within 30 minutes, when it was released.
